Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Divine Beauty Awards (“the Awards”). By submitting an entry, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Entries are open to individuals and businesses operating within the beauty, hair, or chronic illness communities, as specified within the relevant Awards categories.
The Organiser reserves the right to reject any entry that does not meet the stated eligibility criteria.
3. Entry Requirements
All entrants must complete the official submission form in order to complete their entry.
Any incomplete or late submissions will be disqualified.
4. Refund Policy
All entry fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made, regardless of whether the submission form has been completed or whether the entry proceeds through the judging process.
Refunds will only be issued in the event of a duplicate payment or if the Awards are cancelled by the Organiser.
5. Judging and Finalist Selection
All entries will be reviewed by the Organiser to ensure that they meet the relevant eligibility requirements, entry requirements, and award criteria for the category entered.
Only entries that meet these requirements will be considered for finalist selection.
Payment of an entry fee does not guarantee finalist status. To be considered for the Awards, entrants must submit payment and complete the official submission form. Entrants must also meet the relevant eligibility requirements and award criteria.
Once entries have closed, the Organiser and appointed judging panel will assess eligible entries based on the completed submission form, social media work, and any other materials submitted.
The judges’ deliberations and the specific decision-making process used to select the winners are confidential and will not be disclosed.
The Organiser will select the winners in five designated categories. The remaining eight categories will be judged by an appointed judging panel, who will select the winners in those categories.
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify or exclude any entry that does not meet the eligibility requirements, entry requirements, or award criteria.
Judging decisions are final.
6. Disqualification
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is found to be incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.
7. Use of Materials
By submitting an entry, participants grant the Organiser permission to use submitted materials, including images, videos, and written content, for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes relating to the Awards.
Participants confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any materials included in their entry and to grant the Organiser permission to use those materials as described above.
8. Event Changes or Cancellation
The Organiser reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel the Awards due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
In the event that the Awards are cancelled by the Organiser, entry fees will be refunded.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or technical issues that may affect an entry submission or participation in the Awards.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Privacy
Any personal data collected during the entry process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used for the administration and management of the Awards.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
