1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Beauty Awards (“the Awards”). By submitting an entry, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Entries are open to individuals and businesses operating within the beauty, hair, or chronic illness community, as specified within the Awards categories. The organisers reserve the right to reject any entry that does not meet the stated eligibility criteria.
3. Entry Requirements
All entries must complete the submission form in order to complete their entry. Any incomplete or late submissions will be disqualified.
4. Refund Policy
All entry fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made, regardless of whether the submission form is completed or whether the entry proceeds through the judging process.
Refunds will only be issued in the event of a duplicate payment or if the event is cancelled by the organiser.
5. Judging Process
All judging decisions, including eligibility, shortlisting, finalist selection, and winners, are made at the sole discretion of the organiser and judging panel.
6. Disqualification
The organiser reserve the right to disqualify any entry found to be incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.
7. Use of Materials
By submitting an entry, participants grant the organiser permission to use submitted materials (including images, videos, and written content) for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes related to the Awards.
8. Event Changes or Cancellation
The organiser reserve the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel the Awards due to circumstances beyond their control. In the event of cancellation, entry fees will be refunded.
9. Liability
The organiser accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or technical issues that may affect entry submission or participation in the Awards.
10. Privacy
Any personal data collected during the entry process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for the administration of the Awards.

By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
