The Founder and Organiser is a qualified beauty professional with relevant industry knowledge and experience, bringing professional expertise and insight to the awards and judging process.
1. Entry Submission
Once your payment has been received, you will be sent an entry form.
Please complete and submit this form to finalise your entry. Your entry will only be considered complete once the completed form has been received.
2. Initial Review
All entries are reviewed by the Founder and Organiser to confirm eligibility and ensure that each entry meets the published awards criteria.
The initial review considers the submission form, submitted work, the entrant’s personal journey and experience, relevant advocacy or achievements, and relevant social media content and work. These elements are considered alongside the published awards criteria when selecting finalists.
3. Finalist Selection
Finalists for each category are selected based on the initial review process, the overall quality and content of each submission, and the entrant’s relevant work presented through social media and other online platforms, in line with the published awards criteria.
4. Finalist Notification & Certificates
Successful finalists will be notified and issued with a finalist certificate in recognition of their achievement.
5. Final Judging & Winner Selection
Once entries have closed, all finalists are reviewed again as part of the final judging process and assessed against the awards criteria.
● The awards include 13 categories in total.
● The Founder and Organiser will personally judge and select the winners in five categories. The remaining eight categories will be judged and decided by a panel of judges. The published awards criteria will be applied throughout the final judging process.
●Winners will be awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each category.
For transparency, our awards criteria are published online so entrants can understand the key areas we look for when assessing submissions.
Judges use a more detailed internal Assessment Guide, based on the published awards criteria, to support a thorough, fair and consistent assessment of each submission.
The quality and content of each submission will play an important role in the judges’ assessment and final decisions.
The judges’ deliberations and specific decision-making process used to select the winners are confidential and cannot be disclosed. This helps protect the integrity, independence and fairness of the judging process.

All winners will be announced on 30th November 2026 via Instagram.
