1. Entry Payment
To begin your entry, please complete the payment for the award, which is £15.
Once your payment has been received, you will be sent an entry form.
All entry fees are non-refundable once purchased. Incomplete entries will be excluded from the judging process.
2. Entry Form
Please complete and submit your entry form to finalise your submission.
Your entry will only be considered complete once we have received your completed form.
Please provide as much detail as possible, as your submission plays an important role in the selection and judging process.
3. Review & Selection Process
All completed entries are carefully reviewed by the Founder and Organiser throughout the entry period.
The Founder and Organiser selects finalists by assessing each submission against the published awards criteria, alongside the overall quality and content of each submission form and the entrant’s relevant work presented through social media and other online platforms.
To give yourself the best chance of being selected, please complete your submission form in as much detail as possible. This helps the Founder and Organiser understand your journey, achievements, experience, and the work you are putting forward.
Successful finalists will be notified via email and will receive a finalist certificate in recognition of their achievement.
You are welcome to share your finalist achievement across your social media channels.
We will also create an official Instagram announcement celebrating all successful finalists and tag you in the post.
Finalist announcements are not made on fixed dates, so please keep an eye on our updates and follow us for the latest news.
4. When Entries Close
Once the entry period has closed, all finalists are reviewed again as part of the final judging process.
The Founder and Organiser will personally judge and select the winners in five categories. The remaining eight categories will be judged and decided by a panel of judges.
Please note: Your submission form is an important part of the awards assessment. Alongside the information provided in your submission, we will also consider your relevant work, artistic ability and professional practice as presented through social media and other online platforms.
Finalists and winners are not selected based on follower count, likes or social media engagement. We assess the quality, creativity, consistency, dedication, experience and impact demonstrated through your submission and wider body of work.
The judges’ deliberations and specific decision-making process used to select the winners are confidential and cannot be disclosed.
