1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Beauty Awards (“the Awards”). By submitting an entry, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Entries are open to individuals, and businesses operating within the beauty/hair industry, as specified in the Awards categories. The organisers reserve the right to reject any entry that does not meet eligibility criteria.
3. Entry Requirements
All entries must be completed in full and submitted before the published deadline. Incomplete or late submissions may be disqualified at the discretion of the organisers.
4. Refund Policy
All entry fees for the Beauty Awards are strictly non-refundable once submitted.
Refunds will only be issued in the event of a duplicate payment or if the event is cancelled by the organiser.
5. Judging Process
All entries will be reviewed and judged by a panel of independent judges selected by the organisers. The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding results.
6. Disqualification
The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entry found to be incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.
7. Use of Materials
By submitting an entry, participants grant the organisers permission to use submitted materials (including images, videos, and written content) for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes related to the Awards.
8. Event Changes or Cancellation
The organisers reserve the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel the Awards due to circumstances beyond their control. In the event of cancellation, entry fees may be refunded at the organisers’ discretion.

The organisers accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or technical issues that may affect entry submission or participation in the Awards.

Any personal data collected during the entry process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for the administration of the Awards.
